There are no longer any, or I have not found any.
I had problems with various keys (I don't know if the Caps Lock was included), but fortunately still within the warranty period. The Slim Combo was replaced. Since then I have had no more problems with it.

Hello! I bought this keyboard for an IPad Pro 12.9 in 2016 I think, so for the 2015 version. What year is your device from?
12.9" 2nd. gen.; so 12.9 inches, June 2017..... yes! works.... (at least for me for a good 2 years...;-)) from 2018 iPad has a different form factor; there this combo does not work....
