There aren't two versions of Bolt, there's also the Unifying standard which isn't encrypted. Encryption is mainly used to avoid conflicts between devices of the same standard and to reduce latency, so if your MX Keys is Bolt it meets the standard.

On the brand page for the Mx Master 3 there is no mention of the Logi Bolt system, so I cannot guarantee it.

There is no specific list of Xbox compatible adapters but it should work, however the products you mention are not compatible with the Logi Bolt system.
