I can confirm that the stand charges an iPad (6 generation). In my case the stand is connected to the PC and the data transfer also works. In general I noticed that the connection is not always very stable (not only for iOS devices), it is a very useful stand but not a great hub. Maybe it's a connection problem or a product defect. I would try with another device (PC, Mac, laptop), or reconnect the cable between the stand and the computer, possibly with another connection cable if available. If nothing works, Galaxus support is normally always very available for support and warranty issues.

Hello, the height of the stand remains the same (8 cm) it is the width that is different depending on the position of the legs (42, 47 or 52 cm). The depth is ~20 cm As for the space under the stand there is about ~5,5 cm of height.
