Grüezi, this is a standard cable. Flat cables are as small as possible. But I would recommend that you run a cable duct along the wall if possible. Firstly, there is no risk of tripping or the cable getting twisted and breaking over time, and secondly, it is easier to access in case of problems. Then it doesn't matter whether you buy a round or a flat cable. Kind regards. R. G. Sidler

I'm using this cable with ubiquiti poe switches to power a couple of wifi access points. They work flawlessly despite the thinness. Probably the only thing you need to worry about that you don't kink / bend them to extreme degrees (they are not as flimsy / sensitive like fiber cable) but due to the thinness they obviously have no shielding or protective layer on the inside.
