The official website of "LifeProof" says "Works with Apple's MagSafe charger and Qi wireless charging". This means that wireless charging should work as usual.

Compatibility is only stated for the iPhone 12 Pro.

The iPhone 13 Pro Max has a greater depth than the iPhone 12 Pro Max (depth 7.65 mm (13) vs depth 7.4 mm (12)), so unfortunately the case will not fit.
