Hello Digitec, Is this device with UHD screen resolution likely to have significantly less battery life compared to a Lenovo ThinkPad with Full HD?

No, I don't notice any reduction in battery life and according to Lenovo's data sheet, this is not to be expected either. The 4K display is really recommendable!
