Only small things can be set via the Home app: Something like display in 12 or 24 hour format or the volume of the alarm tone. Otherwise, what all hubs can set. The alarm times can be set on the device with the buttons if you want, but the easiest way is to set the alarm by voice command: "Set the alarm for every Monday to Friday at 7am" for example. Or "Set the alarm for 9 a.m. tomorrow."

I have now bought the alarm clock and can partially answer my own question. Unfortunately, it doesn't say how many watts the USB port supplies, but it definitely doesn't support fast charging. I have now attached my wireless charger to it and it gets enough power. It probably has enough power to fully charge a mobile phone overnight, but definitely only just.

Doesn't depend on the device, but on the Google Account. I have a US Google Account and all features except Google Calls work without problems in Switzerland. I can also select SRF 1 as a radio station in routines.
