Question about Lenovo Smart Clock Essential

Hello Together I received the Smart Clock yesterday and wanted to put it into operation. Unfortunately, I had the same problems (setting 24h, not recognised as an alarm clock,) as described so far. I have reset the Smart Clock several times and put it into operation with various Google accounts. However, without success... I have also written feedback to Google and activated the preview programme in the settings.
