Are there replacement needles that upgrade the turntable, or should I just buy the original? When do I have to change them?

Does the Lenco l-3807 model have an RIAA equaliser in the preamplifier? Does the turntable have an automatic limit switch?

No preamplifier (accordingly no RIAA equalisation) and no automatic limit switch integrated.
