Is this model eligible for Laura star's cashback offer valid until the end of October? Is Galaxus an official Laurastar partner?

When I put the water tank on, the water immediately runs out again. It's not tight. I have checked carefully to see if it is not inserted correctly or not locked in place. What can I do about the problem?

Why does Galaxus not have Smart U in its range?

Unfortunately, our supplier has sold out of the Laurastar Smart U and it is no longer available. Should we be able to reorder this model, we will activate it again on our homepage.

What is the difference between Laurastar M and Laurastar U (apart from the price??)?

According to the manufacturer, the U model also has the Sensteam technology/function which the Laurastar Smart M does not have.
