Yes, this is possible. You can install this kind of stand on this table.
The sub-tables for monitors are available separately. (I also treated myself to one "Silverstone MR01").
The drinks container can be removed, yes.

Hello,
According to the manufacturer's instructions, the electronic control system can be unlocked by
1. the connecting cables of the legs are plugged in the other way round, and then
2. pressing the up and down buttons together for 7 seconds.
The system should then be reset.

No. I also set it up a few days ago. It doesn't wobble for me. Is it just the tabletop that wobbles or the legs on the floor? The legs have levelling feet.
I did a quick google for you: It depends on the monitors and their width.
The information on the L33T website is correct: 1400 x 660 x 730-1240 mm
