1. is this subwoofer compatible with my Onkyo TX 8150 receiver? 2. are the connection cables included?

Hi, The amplifier module of my R-115SW is kaputt. Does anybody knows where to purchase a remplacement module (original or compatible) ? Thanks a lot for the answer

Who can I contact if the subwoofer no longer works? I no longer get any sound, the LED display on the front panel does not work either.

I had the same problem recently. Everything went well with the support. However, I was not at all satisfied with the repair. 1. it took me a month to get the subwoofer back and 2. it worked again afterwards. However, it now bangs every time I change the input on the amplifier. Dogitec says it's normal, that it's the amplifier and not the sw... it's just stupid that it went for a good 2 years without a bang before the repair...
