Question about Klipsch R-115sw

I had the same problem recently. Everything went well with the support. However, I was not at all satisfied with the repair. 1. it took me a month to get the subwoofer back and 2. it worked again afterwards. However, it now bangs every time I change the input on the amplifier. Dogitec says it's normal, that it's the amplifier and not the sw... it's just stupid that it went for a good 2 years without a bang before the repair...

Sounds like a power problem... Have you already checked it? If not, report it to Digitec Support with the invoice.
