Of course the plate heats. Heat radiation does not = electromagnetic radiation 😂

Hello! What is the behaviour of the hotplate when a timer is fitted to the plug? Does the hotplate switch on automatically when the controller of the plate is set to "1", for example, or does another button have to be pressed when the plate is plugged in/ switched on? Thank you for the answer

Is it really 28cm the heating surface because on my 4 plate cooker it is 24cm the biggest

Hello no 28 cm is the total width. The plate should be just 24 cm. I also bought it thinking it would be big but then I asked to exchange it. Apparently no one has changed the specifications since my complaint... I finally bought the MIA IKP 2206. It is also smaller than stated but as it is induction it is less of a problem. I am using it with a 12L 28cm pan. All good.
