With us, you have a 24-month bring-in guarantee for the tracker, so if it breaks during this time, you can easily create a service case.😊 I suspect that the 3-year plan is on a user account that you would create when you download the app. However, to be on the safe side, I would recommend asking the manufacturer directly if you have any questions about the app for this tracker.🫡

Certified waterproofness up to 1m (IP67 coverage) according to the manufacturer.
It works without a contract and commitment as far as I know. I have no monthly fees so far.

Had a similar error, as Digitec had probably already sold the device to someone and it was returned, the manufacturer had to delete the link on the server. Quite a hassle. Once the device is up and running, it's tiptop! Therefore, at best, just have it exchanged.
