Questions about Invoxia GPS Tracker Bike

@Galaxus. I'm happy to "sacrifice" myself for a test. If this thing really works as promised, it's great. Unfortunately, there is NOT much to suggest that this tracker works. I am happy to order and pay for the tracker (it is quite expensive) if I can return the tracker without any costs, even though the tracker may show signs of use due to the months of use. Thank you for a brief confirmation of this fact.

Where can I order the red reflector disc? Or if it is not available separately, just the housing without the tracker? The reflector jumped out of the holder during a bump and got lost.

Is there anyone in Switzerland who is currently using the Invoxia bile tracker successfully on their own bike?
