From the website you pointed out E5-2620v4 seems indeed to be a supported CPU. Just be careful about the firmware: relatively old motherboards require a BIOS upgrade to work with Broadwell (v4) microarchitectures.
You need a mainboard with socket LGA2011-v3 and support for this processor (check the mainboard manufacturer's page). Unfortunately, I don't know what your mainboard requirements are, such as form factor, features, connections, price, etc. There is basically not (anymore) an insanely large selection for it. It's best to start a discussion about this too, instead of asking as a question at one of the products, as various components have to be matched to each other, it seems, and not just mainboard to CPU.
