I find the pricing for customer returns a little strange.
How can it be that customer returns - even if they are technically flawless - are more expensive as "used goods" than identical items from the competition?
In this case, the I9-13900kf costs almost 719€ as a customer return (used item) and another seller who also offers his goods on Ebay sells the identical item new, OVP, sealed, [as of 14.11.2022] for almost 43€ less. Then there is a cashback of 1.5% via Shoop, which makes another discount of almost 11€ - resulting in a price difference of almost 54€ for the identical brand new item.
Why should I, as a customer, put 719€ on the table for a used item when I can also have it sealed new for 665€?
Btw. Best price according to Geizhals for the CPU was 648€ a few days ago ^^
I would like to see a fairer approach to pricing when customers call and point this out.
In such cases, you could offer the used goods 10€ to 20€ cheaper than the competition for their new goods or at least adjust the used customer returns to the new price of the competition.
At a price of around 650€ to 660€, I would have bought this CPU from you, but this way I think about Ebay and save a lot of money.
