Hi, I have this processor, with 3200 on an Asus rog Strix z390 motherboard. It works perfectly, just remember to enable the xmp profile in the bios to get the speed. Look in the doc of your motherboard to be sure. Sincerely
According to Intel, motherboards with the z170 chipset do not support 9th generation Intel processors. This processor is therefore not compatible with the z170 PRO GAMING.

Hi, it also depends on your simulator how many cores it can utilise. I myself was faced with a similar question and bought the i9-9900K because the difference to the 9900KS was too expensive for the "guaranteed" 5.0 Ghz. Mine is now simply overclocked to 5.1 Ghz and water-cooled with an H150i at max 67°C. Completely satisfied with it and is certainly strong enough for the next 2 years.
No, this does not fit because the mainboard only supports up to and including the 7th generation of processors, this is from the 9th generation. Even if the socket would fit, the chipset is the wrong one.
Yes, he is there.
...i5 9600K has an internal graphics unit, the i5 9600KF does not. I would buy the i5 9600K even if the internal graphics unit is not needed. i5 9600KF is scrap from Intel instead of throwing it away !!!!
