Hello, is the reason for the price difference compared to other i5-12600KF the reduced lithography (from 7nm to 14)? If so, how much does this difference matter? Unfortunately I didn't find any specifications online...

The 14nm specification is wrong. According to the manufacturer, the i5-12600KF is only available with the 7nm lithography. The price difference is due to price differences from different suppliers or whether it is an OEM version or box.
