My kit runs very badly at the advertised speed of 3200 MHz (very frequent BSoDs with the error code MEMORY_MANAGEMENT). Is this because of a faulty kit or because I am using a Ryzen processor? I have heard that the kits are xmp certified for intel processors, but not necessarily for the amd platform, yet other users claim good compatibility...

In my house, it runs fine on a ryzen 5. No need to overclock. In my opinion, your kit has a problem.

Unfortunately, they only run at 2400 mhz on my PC although my mainboard is capable of 3800, what could this be? Do I have to adjust the voltage manually?

If you have not already done so, you can adjust the RAM frequency in the UEFI (BIOS). Depending on the motherboard, press ESC, del or one of the function keys (F1, F2, F10, etc.) during start-up until you reach the setup mode.
