I received the tablet today and a USB-C to USB-C cable was not supplied.

You get the tablet, the PW600L pen with a small pen-stand and 10 replacement tips. I considered also buying the thinner pen but unsure if it is worth it. To connect you get the 3-in-1 cable which is not that great since it occupies three(!) plugs on you PC (1x HDMI & 2x USB-B). I had to buy an additional USB hub. I also considered buying the USB-C cable alternative from Huion's official website which requires only 1 USB plug but it's super expensive for a cable. A regular USB-C cable doesn't seem to work. You would need to get a USB-C cable with the right internal features. Don't ask me which ones those are (I bought the wrong one). You also get a glove to prevent your hand from rubbing against the screen. I also got a stand from Huion's official website for about 40.- which I think is worth the price to ease your neck curvature.
I can recommend the 4smarts ErgoFix as an inexpensive alternative to the Huion mount. It is ergonomic and well suited for the workplace.

Yes, I also have it running under Win11.
there are 2 problems to solve.
the cable has to be high speed (10G minimum) and the plug has to fit into the tablet.
I've bought 10G cables that work well, but I've had to sandpaper the connector to get it to fit inside the tablet.

Data transfer should be possible with a Thunderbolt 3 cable. But I haven't tried it yet.
