Brinno Wall Mount AWM100 (Brackets, Brinno TLC200, Brinno TLC200 Pro)
Are ok, have the original brackets as well as these, went from 2 to 4 basestations and thought they were included.
To be honest, I find it a little dangerous to print with an FDM printer. The stress pulls the layer apart and delamination can happen quite easily. My tip: mounts for surveillance cameras. You can also find them here on digitec, and with them you can mount the base stations as you want and are not so strongly restricted.
Yes, exactly. But you absolutely have to order the "HTC Vive SteamVR Base Station 2.0". Version 1.0 is not compatible with PIMAX 8k x.
Unfortunately, you can't buy the Index Controller from Valve at Digitec.
Instead, you can buy the "HTC Vive Controller 2.0". Here, too, version 1.0 (without version information) is not compatible with Base Station 2.0.
With the Pimax 8k x, you will probably also need a really fat graphics card (2080S).
I wish you lots of fun with your new PIMAX.
Hi Gamlefreak
To keep it simple and easy:
- The power cable is included
- The wall mount is also included
- Yes, it can be connected to the HTC VIVE Cosmos.
- Nothing special for the installation, just follow the instructions from SteamVR.
- You need at least 2 base stations. If you turn your back on one, it won't be able to track anything. In a room, set up the base stations diagonally, if possible at the same height, otherwise 3 base stations are recommended and connect them to the power.
SteamVR does the rest (nothing completely but it guides you step by step).
Shouldn't be a problem should it? 0w0
With kind regards
Adi
According to own research, this device is compatible with the following VIVE hardware:
VIVE Pro headset
VIVE Controller (2018)
VIVE Tracker (2018)
So if you have any of these, they are compatible. :)
