Not a gimmick at all. I edit 4K videos with Edius on the go with the device. However, I don't know your programme and its system requirements. But it would be possible to find it somewhere.
Probably not. Or at least not in the foreseeable future.
Also note the community conditions, best to call Digitec/Galaxus directly regarding price questions :)
In any case, it is very bright and razor sharp. Of course, the screen isn't very big, so if you're over 40, you'd be happy to have a bigger screen.
I have had it since August 2020 and am satisfied. I don't know if there is a newer model.
No pen included. Simple leatherette protective cover

I am very happy with the i-tec USB 3.0 / USB-C / Thunderbolt 3 Dual 4K Dock. Second monitor and all ports work perfectly.
I have already tried the HP docks. They are consistently inadequate for the Spectre.

Unfortunately, we just offer the German and Swiss keyboard layouts. :(
So far I have only used the stick supplied by HP. Runs via Bloototh, but unfortunately always has to be charged with a USB cable. Almost the only weak point of the otherwise great laptop...
The case and stylus are included, but the dock was not included with mine.
It comes with a leatherette case and a pen (with USB charging function). A small dock was not included.

These only have HD resolution instead of UHD like the 700.
