Normally, a pen is advertised when it is included with the device. Therefore, I would assume that it is not included here. According to the description, these two pens would be suitable: HP Active Data Pen: HP Active Data Pen HP Tilt Pen: HP Tilt Pen If you want to draw with the device, the Tilt is probably the better choice. For normal writing, the Active Data should be sufficient. The reviews of the Active Data are not consistently good, because the compatibility with the devices is apparently not given. Before you decide on this pen, you would probably need feedback from someone who also uses it with the laptop here. The Tilt is compatible with your device according to the HP website. The reviews seem to be pretty good too. You'd be on the safe side with that. There are probably also third-party pens, so maybe someone else knows more.
e.g. i-tec USB 3.0 / USB-C Dual 4K Dock (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB A) works very well with it. Charging cable must be connected separately to the laptop if required.
