The 45 W power supply could fit the HP 250 G7 as it is offered as a compatible charger for HP notebooks. However, there is no specific confirmation that it is designed directly for the HP 250 G7. It is advisable to check the technical specifications and plug size to make sure it is compatible with your device.
Thank you very much for letting us know. We will be happy to pass this on internally to the relevant department and hope that this will be checked promptly.
Unfortunately, to be sure that it is compatible, we need to send us the serial number of your computer. Please don't answer here, you can always ask our customer service: https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/fr/requests/new
I would use a stronger one, 45 watts is too little, it takes a long time to charge. (Laptop) But it's fine for just a monitor. If the plug is also suitable...
Hello Marcel, yes, the power supply fits this notebook. I also have a USB-C power supply, but I use this one most of the time. It also charges quickly and reliably.
Good evening,
If your elitebook 840 g1 does not have an integrated graphics card, 45 watts should be sufficient according to the HP website. If you have a graphics card installed, e.g. AMD or NVIDIA, the device requires 65 watts.

This adapter is compatible with HP laptops according to the vendor's specifications, I do NOT believe it is compatible with a monitor unless both the connection and the voltage are also compatible, but I find that very IMPROBABLE...
I see that this power supply does not fit. Please contact our customer service. Then we can find the right power supply with the help of our product experts. Of course, you could also contact HP support at https://support.hp.com/ch-de/contact-hp.
If you know your rights as a customer, the question is almost superfluous.

Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.
If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.

According to internal consultation, the power supply units for HP Pavilion notebooks are usually 45 watts and standardised to 4.5 mm hollow plugs. Therefore, this power supply should generally be compatible with your notebook. However, we cannot say for sure without the exact specifications of your notebook. We would therefore recommend that you contact our customer service directly with the device details. This can then be clarified there to be on the safe side.
