You can always use this notebook with Word, Excel, Outlook and an Internet browser; no special additional configuration of the device is required.
If you want to use the programs permanently in the desktop version, you need a suitable Microsoft 365 subscription or a separate Microsoft Office licence. If you only want to use the web versions, a Microsoft account and an internet connection are sufficient.
The notebook has an Intel Core i5-1334U processor. This 10-core processor (up to 4.6 GHz Turbo) is typical for the specific configuration with 256 GB SSD and 8 GB RAM. The series offers different processors, but here the i5-1334U matches the specifications exactly.
Refurbished products from our own range (tested returns) are products that another customer has ordered and returned to us within 30 days. In most cases, there are only slight signs of use, as the reasons for return are often simply things like "wrong size ordered" etc.
The products are carefully checked and processed by our own returns department and, if everything is in order, are put back on sale. You receive a two-year warranty on these products from us, starting from the date they are delivered to you. This is therefore not an ongoing guarantee from the previous owner.
The correct specification is 512 GB PCIe SSD. I have forwarded this to the relevant department for correction and it will be processed as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we currently only offer this item with a DE keyboard in our range. However, I will be happy to forward your feedback to the relevant department.
This HP 15.6" laptop with Intel Core i3-1315U processor does not explicitly mention the presence of an Ethernet port for a wired internet connection. The descriptions mainly indicate a wireless connection via Wi-Fi 6, but no RJ45 port is specified in the specifications or ports listed. It is therefore likely that wired internet connection is not directly available without an external adapter.
The notebook with Intel Core i7-1355U processor of the 13th generation is basically Windows 11 compatible, as Windows 11 officially supports Intel processors from the 8th generation onwards and includes newer generations such as the 13th generation. HP confirms that business notebooks with current Intel processors are tested and compatible with Windows 11.
As the device is delivered with FreeDOS, Windows 11 is not pre-installed, but it is possible to install and use Windows 11 if the other system requirements (e.g. TPM 2.0, UEFI Secure Boot) are met.
