I don't see a problem, I have 3200s 4x16GB side by side and nothing happens. In addition, my case does not cool with any fans except those of the 2 water cooling units of the graphics card and the AIO cooling of the CPU.
My setup runs on extreme days easily 8 hours on full load and results in no bluescreen or performance drop.
3200mhz pause no problem with ryzen 2000 already ( in case of instability just lower it to 3000mhz in the bios it's simple ) for what is ryzen 3000 in my opinion 3200 will not pausera any problem ;)
if you have money take 3200mhz case 14 if not case 16 will go very well too ;)
These are basically two different product numbers with different suppliers, availability and purchasing conditions. A product that is in stock at Digitec can normally be offered at a lower price than a product that has to be purchased from an external supplier.

Unfortunately, G.Skill does not provide any information on this. Probably for a reason. According to a test report where the 4-pack kit was tested, they are single rank. If dual rank is match-decisive, I would choose a manufacturer that declares this on its homepage or ask G.Skill.

I own the 5950X and a X570 Formula VIII and this Ram Kit 2x(4Dimms,64GB), I changed to the 5800X3D but I can still give you what I know from back then:
- The CPU 5950X has a guaranteed maximum supported frequency of 3200Mhz according to the manufacturer's page, everything above that depends on the CPU grade aka CPU lottery.

that means clearly everything higher is lottery, but the community of users has found out that about 1800 FLCK works for everyone (3600Mhz).
- Mainboards like the Asus X570 Formula VIII support higher frequencies but these are all marked with (O.C) and are not guaranteed and look like this:

With RAM OC, there are several factors that determine how fast the memory can be set in one's own system
- The CPU quality (whether the FLCK supports up to 1800 or higher) I recommend to leave the FLCK in 1:1 mode because only in benchmarks minimally more "MB/s" values appear.

at 3600Mhz people aim for 16-16-16-36 or similar, but very few of them succeed in doing so (memory type), so some alternatives set their values a little higher and then unfortunately have minimally more latency in the ns range.

So I run this Ram on an Asus Tuf Gaming X570 Plus (AMD Ryzen) just had to activate the OC Tuner and set the appropriate MHZ works fine.
Since I'm not familiar with Intel boards, I still give a recommendation, so the 1 would be sure to flash the latest bios but please note how many bios update for the MB if several then you have to install each individually and then try to change the Ram settings. It is important that you download the motherboard manually from the MB producer's page and then know where to set the motherboard tuner on Asus boards it is the OC tuner!
