Theoretically No. In reality, Yes without concern just that from now on, Intel considers the X.M.P profile (that you enable to set it to the speed displayed in the UEFI/BIOS) on RAMs that have frequencies above 2400 MHz (the most basic of RAM speeds) as overclocking. And therefore potentially not supported by the warranty if you set it to the indicated frequency. Thank goodness for Intel...or not.

Yes is compatible. The mainboard supports RAM up to 4400mhz, so you could use even faster than these 3200 bars.

It's no explictily listed on any compatibility list. But according to various reports this should work with no problem. Just set the RAM profile in the BIOS and you should be good to go.

They are not listed as compatible either by G.Skill or by Gigabyte.

Either the bars are defective or something went wrong during installation. Both the board and the processor should not have a problem with the bars. If they are also clocked down a little. But they can also be operated in oc at the full 3200.
