Hi all, what is the size of the sledge? So specifically I like to cut courgettes in length, what is the max length it can be? So from what I see in the photos I would have said about 15cm, is that right? Or a loaf, how wide can it be max? MFG Tabea

Hello, the distance from the carriage to the knife measures 14.5 cm.

Is the knife serrated or serrated? There are both versions in the photos.

I only had the one with a serrated edge.
