Questions about Gorenje NRS 9182 VB

Does the foodcenter have a fixed water connection?

Does it need a water connection or does it have a tank? Doesn't say anywhere.... Thanks

This food centre produces 42db of noise. Many food centres have 39db. Is the difference of 3 dB audible or problematic? Since we have an open living room with kitchen, I wonder if the noise from the food centre is disturbing when eating/TV watching.
