Should be version 2. According to the article number, the only difference is EU/US. This seems to me to be the target market. In other words USA and EU. I would therefore go for the EU. But I don't know exactly.

The Google Nest Mini 2, the successor to the Google Nest Mini, has improved bass reproduction. The sound is very OK, but the Google Nest Audio offers even better sound reproduction. I don't think this can be done with a voice command. But in the Google Home app, if you have selected the group, you can adjust the volume of the individual devices.

Hello, yes this is the new version of the Google Home Mini. New speakers from Google will be launched under the Nest brand. To set a radio/music alarm is via voice command *Hey Google, set a music alarm at 06.00* then you will be asked what you want it to play and then you can say for example *Radio Canal 3* or if account linked *my playlist Oldies*.
