Yes, the Godox system flash adapter should fit all "normal" lamp tripods. Just plug it in and tighten it. "Bowens Mount" refers to the bayonet for attaching light shapers or softboxes.

If the softbox has a Bowens mount, yes. However, I would use the new Bowens S2 adapter and not this old one.

Only this adapter fits: Godox S2 System Flash Adapter Bowens Mount (bracket) It is also much more robust. The joint is made of aluminium instead of plastic like the old version.
