Of course the board has Gen5 M.2 slots, always trust the manufacturer's specifications and not those of the seller. The Gen5 M2 is connected to the CPU M.2 slot (the top M.2 slot) and therefore has the full bandwidth, a second Gen5 M.2 makes no sense, as it is only connected via the chipset and therefore does not have the full support of the CPU.

Helpful answer
The maximum speed of the SSD is determined by the mainboard's M.2 PCIe (4x) interfaces. This mainboard supports M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSDs, which can theoretically achieve transfer speeds of up to around 7000 MB/s. It has four M.2 PCIe 4.0 slots, which enables fast SSDs with very high data rates.

Yes, you can set the BIOS of the X870E AORUS PRO ICE to German. The BIOS user interface supports several languages, including German. You can usually find the language settings in BIOS settings under a menu such as "Advanced" or "Settings", where you can change the language to German.

Although they are very similar, there are some differences, such as the wireless network card, which is better on the X870E. It has an 80A smart power stage compared to 60A on the X870, which can be useful if you overclock. If you are going to use it as is and don't care about overclocking, the Gigabyte X870 A ELITE WF7 ICE AM5 ATX MB will be a good choice for the price.
