Hello Gheini Your CPU is on the compatibility list, so it should work. What do you mean it won't boot? Can you not even get into the Bios or UEFI or does the operating system not start? Check again if all power plugs are attached the long one + the one for the MB on the right side ATX. Then the 2 for the CPU ATX 12v 2x4pin above Then the 12v connector for the PCIE chipset in the middle next to the GA-H110-D3A label. If the power is connected correctly and everything is wired correctly according to the manual like start button reset etc. I would check the other compartibilities e.g. Ram. https://www.gigabyte.com/de/Motherboard/GA-H110-D3A-rev-10/support#support-doc Furthermore, a look into the manual can't hurt. gigabyte.com/en/Motherboard/GA-H110-D3A-rev-10/support#support-manual
I don't really understand your question - the board is a special board for Bitcoin miners - you can also see that it has so many PCI slots. I would never use the board for a "normal" PC. Hope this helps.
No. You must look at the processor socket specification. This must match the CPU and motherboard. LGA 1151 is Intel, the current Ryzen generation has AM4.
