My watch has always thought I was ultra-stressed (stress level always between 40-50) because of my pulse. But when I work at a standing desk, I have a pulse of 80-sometimes 100. Can't I somehow "tell" the watch that I don't want to just sit around all day? The high stress display stresses me out! :'D

The stress level is not calculated based on the absolute pulse values, but on their variability. The tracker therefore does not have the feeling that you are stressed because your pulse is high, but because it often rises and falls.
As far as I know, you can't set the limits differently, but if the display bothers you, you can deactivate it. Open the device settings in the app; under "Sounds and alarms"
