Where can I find the nine-digit 'product number' required for product registration on the Gardena website? I have the 'serial number' but cannot find the 'product number'. Thank you

You have to remove the grey cover at the top.

Is this unit smart controlled and is the smart device included or do you have to buy it separately?

You can operate the device via Bluetooth and a mobile phone app. Smart in the sense of internet connection and operation from anywhere is not possible.

everything you need - have a look at the description, then i don't have to repeat it - except for the stupid and not timely possibility to update the device via bluetooth, but via usb-cable and pc/laptop - everything is fine.
