Schuko plug with CH adapter
This model actually does not. Only the versions with "smart" in the name. This model is available in both versions, the smart one costs a little more.

yes, according to your information, it comes with a German plug and a fix adapter.
No, only the Gardena smart Sileno can be controlled by an app, but can be retrofitted :

Have recently bought a 250 and a 500 EU model. They work fine in Switzerland and I don't see any disadvantages. Even the CH adapter was included. But I don't know the CH version.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find this information anywhere at the manufacturer's or on the web in general. With a bit of luck, someone else will answer your question.
The EU-Version will be shipped with a EU-plug, but there will be also an adapter.
In this case, you must set up a side area. However, the mower must be carried there. As far as I know, a second station is not possible because you cannot have 2 different guide cables.
