The Ferrari has a second, removable pizza stone in the lid for making piadinas or paninis, for example. The Delizia has only one pizza stone.

Why do the appliances only have a 5-minute timer and why are there no degree display but instead steps? At least that was the case with the more expensive appliance.

The replacement stone was included. I had two. Otherwise you can order it on the internet. A stone like this can be used for a long time.
