As far as I know, the 300/400 designation is for the respective camera and not the medium. So as far as I can see: yes! Both use 'Instax wide' film.

No, these are for Fuji Wide cameras, unfortunately that doesn't work.
That's right, the correct films are the Squares such as Fujifilm Instax Square 10 Sheet (Instax Square)
