I bought this enclosure in April 2018. The holes and damping rubbers have the normal spacing, but with a little play.
Yes, I had the system in use as a small NAS with a total of 6 3.5" HDDs and 2 SSDs.

If you take out all the hard drive cages, you already have a pretty big space in the enclosure. What kind of NAS is it? I meant a 2Bay NAS with a smaller router could fit. Cooling shouldn't be a problem either, the enclosure is really super ventilated. I currently have 5 WD Velociraptor HDDs at 10'000Rpm, an SSD, a motherboard with Core i3 CPU and a PCIe RAID controller plus a 300Watt power supply in this enclosure and all temperatures are perfectly fine. With the router, however, you should definitely lead the WLAN antennas out of the case. Otherwise, the metal box will shield an extremely large amount of transmission power.
Yes, I have installed a normal Seasonic G-360 ATX power supply, fits perfectly. However, there is very little space to store the cables, so it is best to buy a power supply with modular cable management. With a bit of fiddling and a lot of cable ties, you can also stow the cables from a non-modular power supply.
