I have the Kraken x62 from NZXT for the i9-9900K. have three cases of it with E-ATX mainboard each in the open configuration (Laudwerk inserts removed). Cooler built into front, blows air into case. Push works well and has plenty of space for push-pull. Digitec published an article on Push Pull a few days ago.

Good morning Pdk is right, the mainboard will fit easily in the case, but you only have one USB 3 port on the mainboard which only supports 2 ports. Unfortunately you have no way to "cheat" this or anything. The only option you would have is to install a USB riser card in a PCI slot. Unfortunately I haven't found a suitable card in the Digitec range. Then you could certainly connect everything. My personal recommendation is to always use an external device via USB for CD/DVD drives as well as card readers. The reason for this is that if you change PC, are on the road or whatever, you can always take it with you and USB 3.0+ usually has a higher data rate than the SD and CF cards that can be used with Pro Cameras (I own a 5D Mk3). Hope I could be of some help with your question.
