That is possible. I also had a similar feeling, then I adjusted the brightness level. You can adjust the brightness of the display in the settings. I hope that helps.

The specs here say that the oxygen saturation function is on the Charge 3, but now it's not (despite the update). How do I get it on?

This works for the sleep record. Tap on a bar in the sleep stages and scroll down.
