Is the station connected to the internet? If yes, is all the information available on an android application? Which application? I am asking you for these details because I ordered a Bresser station and the linked application does not give all the information and is not user friendly. Greetings

As far as I know, these wireless weather stations like the one I have are purely recording devices. Have a look at blinds/awning suppliers. They have such detectors on sale.

I bought this weather station 2 years ago. Now I would like to purchase a 2nd base station. 1. is it possible to buy only the base station? 2. is it possible to connect 2 base stations to the same outdoor sensor?

The unsecured WIFI access point of the weather station tablet is available as an "open" access point to anyone within range, even after connection with the app. So anyone can connect to the tablet at any time and read out the data. And thus anyone can publish "my weather data" in various weather stations. I find this unattractive. Does anyone know a way to prevent this access?

Can the outdoor base be exposed to full sun? Because of the air temperature, won't it be distorted?

The front-door station is connected to the indoor station and sends data. However, the time is not displayed. It has been flashing for hours, but does not synchronise with the radio transmitter. The outdoor station is in the open air, the distance between the stations is approx. 5m. Can anyone help me?

The display is practically the base station (receives the data from the sensor, displays it and uploads it to the cloud) - without it, nothing works. The app that comes with it is, in my opinion, only good for the setup. It's best to configure the upload to WeatherUnderground and then use their app (or website). Other cloud weather providers are also supported in addition to WU (but I have only used WU so far).

The link between the station and the display is wireless. You do not need WIFI but if it is connected, the date and time will be updated automatically.
