I found replacement brushes (not original but work just as well) at Apfelkiste about a year ago.... I don't know if they still have accessories etc.. I found something on amazon that would also be delivered to Switzerland - but it's not an original spare part: https://amzn.eu/d...

Unless otherwise recommended by the manufacturer, only water. I only use decalcified water for my robotic mop. Otherwise there is a risk that the water pump in the devices could be damaged. As an alternative to Eufy, however, I would recommend the Xiaomi Dreame D9. It offers excellent laser navigation, always knows where it is, is very robustly built and cleans the flat systematically. It also has a very large dust bin, so you can let it run longer before emptying the dust bin. It also has a mopping function, also with an electronic pump. Xiaomi Dreame D9

I also have both in the flat and can say that the pad has to be removed manually for damp mopping. There is no technology built in, it is a water tank that continuously moistens the cleaning pad with small filters. There are no sensors to detect the coating. However, this is less of a problem for me because of higher door thresholds and little climbing on the part of the robot...I leave it to vacuum/mop in one room and as soon as it is finished, I move it on.
