Yes, you can place two 27" monitors vertically. The mount supports monitors up to 40" and offers enough space for vertical arrangements. However, vertical placement depends on the specific arrangement and dimensions of the monitors.

The height of the gas spring can be adjusted by 33 cm. This adjustment allows the monitors to be optimally positioned for the user and helps to reduce eye, back and neck strain.

I assume you mean the pole including the desk mount. I would contact Ergotron directly and clarify whether the stand/bar is available as a spare part. You can find contact and/or live chat here: www.ergotron.com/de-de/support/kontakt Alternatively, you can see if you can find a used mount if the discount is crucial. (PS: The next BlackFriday is on 29.11.2024). I've been using the monitor mount for a while now and haven't regretted buying it; super solid and of impeccable quality. The price may hurt a little when you buy it, but you'll enjoy it every day afterwards.

Hello, unfortunately the Ergotron extension (98-130-224) is no longer available on our site. Our supplier no longer offers this part. Here is the old product page: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/ergotron-ergotron-zusatzarm-inkl-ringsatz-fuer-lx-monitor-arm-tisch-34-monitor-halterung-20537368

Hi 19MisterJay89, I have 2x 29" BenQ monitors weighing 9kg each on the Ergotron LX in use. It works flawlessly and the adjustment options are many and the whole system is very stable. Ergotron states the load capacity per arm as 9.1kg. (https://media.ergotron.com/reserved/resources/dim-lxdlstack-orig.pdf). Bear in mind that the compression springs that hold the weight of the monitor would eventually reach their limits and no longer be able to hold the monitor in its desired position. I feel I still have 2.3kg in reserve, but since your monitor weighs 16kg, I would be critical. It's best to ask Ergotron directly. Keep in mind that the width of 43" limits the movement radius of the second monitor. I also recommend trying out the stacking of 2 monitors on top of each other first, the vertical tilt of the head can be very uncomfortable. I decided on a variant where the main monitor is directly in front of me, and the 2nd monitor to the right of me at about a 45° angle. Also check out the video "Dual Monitor Productivity Setup Guide 2022" on YouTube, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YV4-vW174E) which I found extremely useful. I hope it helps you.
