So I understand that this is the joint for the Ergotron HX arm with payload of 19kg for the G9 monitors?

Yes, that is correct! Weight + Curved make the adapter necessary, as the monitor would otherwise tilt minimally downwards with the standard adapter supplied. I also use it on my G9 and am totally satisfied. :) Made for eternity!

According to our research, the Ergotron LX Dual Stacking Arm is not directly compatible with the Ergotron HX Arm, as they were developed for different purposes.

Is there also an adapter for lighter screens? I have the Ergotron HX monitor arm, but unfortunately the weight of my monitor is too light (approx. 7.5 kg). This means that the monitor cannot be tilted downwards as the spring is too stiff. Thank you and best regards!
