As far as I know, the Hellfighter Pack is included for pre-orderers. I don't know if there is more at Digitec.
You can easily find out what the Hellfighter Pack contains via Google ;)

No, unfortunately not. The game only has a single player online multiplayer without splitscreen. I think Call of Duty has such a local multiplayer as you mean.
It probably depends on the time of your order receipt. Since we here in the community cannot generalise this for everyone, and whether Digitec will receive enough copies on release day and/or how high the order volume is in the first place, I recommend contacting customer service directly to clarify this for you personally:
