This is actually not obvious.
As the roller is cleaned at 90°C, I'm pretty sure it's microfibre. No bristles, more like fabric. Gentle on wooden floors.
We only have real wood oak parquet (open-pored, not varnished) and only use this appliance to wet clean the wooden floor with WOCA special soap.
This has worked for several years without any problems for the wood.
Yes, you can operate the H15 Pro without Wi-Fi. The device turns on and cleans manually at the flick of a switch, without the need for an internet connection or an app.
We received the device including a battery. The one battery can (must) be changed back and forth between the devices. Just like the motor. It would be strange if the appliance was delivered inoperable. Changing works well. But it remains to be seen how long it will last.
I also asked myself this question and asked customer service directly in the app. Yes, there are spare parts.
The official answer:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us. You can purchase the "extension bar" separately from our customer service team. Unfortunately, it is not possible to connect two extension rods together. You can order other spare parts and wearing parts on our official Swiss website.

Thank you for your support and understanding.
No. The device works without internet. The internet connection is necessary if you want to use their application, but it's hard to connect to it and it's not very useful. All functions are on the device.
- "H15 Pro Heat" is the more upmarket version with a stronger focus on hot water cleaning, higher temperatures for washing and drying, better edge cleaning (thanks to the robot arm), probably slightly shorter running time in the hot water modes, but overall more efficient on hard floors.
- "H15 Pro" without "Heat" has many of the same functions, but lower temperatures / power when heating, possibly no or weakened version of the robotic arm / GapFree Arm, and possibly slightly less powerful drying / mopping performance on heavily soiled floors or grease.
The difference between the H15 Mix and H15 Pro Heat lies primarily in the technology and features:
- The H15 Pro Heat is a stand-alone wet cleaner with a more powerful function that uses hot water up to 85-90 °C for cleaning, which is particularly helpful against dirt and odours. It has a suction power of 21,000 Pa and a battery life of around 60 minutes.
- The H15 Mix consists of several parts, but is not a Pro or Pro Heat model per se, but rather a variant or set based on the H15 technology. In terms of performance, the H15 Mix cannot be equated with the Pro or Pro Heat.
- Compared to the normal H15 Pro, the H15 Pro Heat also offers the hot water function, which the H15 Mix does not have.
- Both Pro models have an intelligent squeegee lip for better edge cleaning, while the H15 Pro Heat also has a remote control option.
Regarding the fitting of a dog hairbrush analogue to Dyson: There is no official information that a special dog hairbrush can be fitted to one of the models. Compatibility with such brushes has not been confirmed and is unlikely to be standard.
Conclusion from 22.07.2025
The Dreame H15 Pro Heat is tested with impressive features, but shows weaknesses in its suction power. With generous water tanks of 0.7 litres for dirty water and 0.78 litres for fresh water, the vacuum cleaner is well equipped. Commissioning and daily use run smoothly. The station with self-cleaning and drying mode is particularly practical, as it saves several work processes. Although the hot water function takes a few seconds to heat up, it proves to be useful. Despite the weight of over 6 kg and 1.34 kg in the hand, the pulling aid provides effective support when mopping surfaces and dries the floor reliably. The appliance has a display, but it does not show the remaining running time. The battery lasts around 40 minutes on the minimum setting and around 30 minutes on the maximum setting, taking more than four hours to charge. The mopping performance is impressive: fresh dirt is removed at an average level, while dry stains are removed excellently. However, the suction power is disappointing; even on the maximum setting, the appliance is barely more powerful than on the minimum setting and only manages to pick up half of the test dust. The Dreame H15 Pro Heat is therefore no substitute for a conventional hoover.
Advantages
Very good for dried dirt
Automatic mode
Large container
Easy handling
Self-cleaning
Disadvantages
Slight weakness with fresh stains
Very heavy
No remaining time display
Weak suction power
The Dreame H15 Pro is designed to clean hard floors, including parquet. However, it is important to check whether oiled parquet is compatible with the use of a wet cleaner. In general, it is recommended to avoid using water on oiled floors to prevent damage. It is best to consult the floor manufacturer or a professional for specific advice.
The main difference between the H15 Pro Foam Wash and the H15 Pro is the Foam Wash's bio-enzymatic foam cleaning function, which dissolves stains and neutralises odours, making it particularly suitable for homes with pets. The H15 Pro Foam Wash offers more powerful suction (23,000 Pa compared with 21,000 Pa), an automatic dirt detection system that adjusts the solution mix, and a self-cleaning base at 100°C with infrared drying. The classic H15 Pro does not have the foam function or this advanced self-cleaning base, but already offers strong suction (21,000 Pa) and effective cleaning with a GapFree robotic arm.
