It has 2 S2 tuners and a dual C2 tuner, whereby max. 2 inputs can be displayed simultaneously. Mixing with cable and satellite is possible. I have connected the cable and another satellite connection for the few channels that are not on the cable.

I have compared all the text etc., everything is really the same... Also connections and options. For so little difference, better take the expensive one, as it might be newer (and better?).
